【用 途】头孢妥仑匹酯是有日本明治制果株式会社研发的,于1994年4月1日首次在日本上市。本品在日本的批准适应症为:治疗各种感染症如呼吸道、皮肤感染、尿路感染等。上市后的临床评价皮肤科领域的有效率为93.1%,外科领域的有效率为100%,呼吸科领域为97.9%,尿路感染为94.6%,猩红热为100%,百日咳为100%,耳鼻喉科维100%。我国于2001年4月批准片剂上市,适应症与日本原研单位一致。按照《药品注册管理办法》,本品片剂应属于6类。
Cefditoren Pivoxil Oral tablet What is this medicine? CEFDITOREN (sef DIT or in) is a cephalosporin antibiotic. It is used to treat certain kinds of bacterial infections. It will not work for colds, flu, or other viral infections. This medicine may be used for other purposes; ask your health care provider or pharmacist if you have questions.
What should I tell my health care provider before I take this medicine? They need to know if you have any of these conditions: •any chronic illness •carnitine deficiency, now or in past •kidney disease •liver disease •an unusual or allergic reaction to cefditoren, other cephalosporin antibiotics, penicillins or other medicines, milk protein, foods, dyes or preservatives •pregnant or trying to get pregnant •breast-feeding
How should I use this medicine? Take this medicine by mouth with a full glass of water. Follow the directions on the prescription label. Take with meals. Take your doses at regular intervals. Do not take it more often than directed. Finish all the medicine you are prescribed even if you think your infection is better. Do not stop taking except on your doctor's advice.
Talk to your pediatrician regarding the use of this medicine in children. Special care may be needed.
Overdosage: If you think you have taken too much of this medicine contact a poison control center or emergency room at once. NOTE: This medicine is only for you. Do not share this medicine with others.
What if I miss a dose? It is important not to miss a dose. Notify your prescriber or health care professional if you are unable to keep an appointment.
What may interact with this medicine? •antacids •medicines for stomach acid or ulcer like nizatidine, cimetidine, famotidine, ranitidine •probenecid •warfarin

What should I watch for while using this medicine? Tell your doctor or health care professional if your symptoms do not improve or if they get worse.
Do not treat diarrhea with over the counter products. Contact your doctor if you have diarrhea that lasts more than 2 days or if it is severe and watery.
This medicine can interfere with some urine glucose tests. If you use such tests, talk with your health care professional.
What side effects may I notice from receiving this medicine? Side effects that you should report to your doctor or health care professional as soon as possible: •allergic reactions like skin rash, itching or hives, swelling of the face, lips, or tongue •breathing problems •fever or chills, sore throat •redness, blistering, peeling or loosening of the skin, including inside the mouth •stomach pain, cramps •unusual bleeding or bruising •vaginal itching, discharge •vomiting
Side effects that usually do not require medical attention (report to your doctor or health care professional if they continue or are bothersome): •constipation or diarrhea •dry mouth •headache •loss of appetite •stomach upset, gas •trouble sleeping

Where should I keep my medicine? Keep out of the reach of children.
Store at room temperature between 15 and 30 degrees C (59 and 86 degrees F). Protect from light and moisture. Throw away any unused medicine after the expiration date.
