【别 名】 凯福拢CLAFORAN。
【用法用量】 肌注、静注、静滴:成人及12 岁以上儿童, 一般感染,1g/次,2次/日;中度或较重感染,3~6g/日,分3次给药;败血症等6~8g/日,分3~4次给药;极严重感染1日不超过12g,分6次给药。小儿1日50~100mg/kg/,分2~3次给药。婴幼儿不能肌注。 【规 格】 粉针剂:1.0g/瓶,。
【功能主治】 第三代头孢菌素,对革兰阳性菌作用与第一代头孢菌素近似或较弱,对革兰阴性菌作用较强。适用于敏感菌所致的呼吸道、泌尿道、骨和关节、皮肤和软组织、腹腔、胆道、五官、生殖器等部位的感染,对烧伤、外伤引起的感染以及败血症、中枢感染也有效。
【副 作 用】 静注可引起静脉炎,肌注局部疼痛。可有皮疹、发烧、瘙痒、消化道症状。其它还有头重感、静脉炎,酸性粒细胞增多、白细胞减少,转氨酶升高,长期用药可致二重感染。
【注意事项】 (1)对头孢菌素类药物过敏者禁用。对青霉素过敏者慎用。 (2)妊娠期前3个月妇女最好不用。 (3)婴幼儿不得肌注。 (4) 与氨基糖苷类药物盒用时,不能混于同一容器中,应分别注射并注意肾机能的改变。 (5)肾功能损害者不能盒用强利尿剂。 (6)现配现用,若溶液变深黄或棕色, 即不能用。 ( 7) 不能与碳酸氢钠混盒使用

What is this medicine? CEFOTAXIME (sef oh TAKS eem) is a cephalosporin antibiotic. It is used to treat certain kinds of bacterial infections. It will not work for colds, flu, or other viral infections.
This medicine may be used for other purposes; ask your health care provider or pharmacist if you have questions.
What should I tell my health care provider before I take this medicine? They need to know if you have any of these conditions: •bleeding problems •kidney disease •stomach, intestinal problems like colitis •an unusual or allergic reaction to cefotaxime, cephalosporin or penicillin antibiotics, other medicines, foods, dyes, or preservatives •pregnant or trying to get pregnant •breast-feeding
How should I use this medicine? This medicine is injected into a muscle, or infused through a vein. It is usually given by a health care professional in a hospital or clinic setting.
If you get this medicine at home, you will be taught how to prepare and give this medicine. Use exactly as directed. Take your medicine at regular intervals. Do not take your medicine more often than directed.
It is important that you put your used needles and syringes in a special sharps container. Do not put them in a trash can. If you do not have a sharps container, call your pharmacist or healthcare provider to get one.
Talk to your pediatrician regarding the use of this medicine in children. Special care may be needed.
Overdosage: If you think you have taken too much of this medicine contact a poison control center or emergency room at once.
NOTE: This medicine is only for you. Do not share this medicine with others.
What if I miss a dose? If you miss a dose, use it as soon as you can. If it is almost time for your next dose, use only that dose. Do not use double or extra doses.
What may interact with this medicine? •certain antibiotics given by injection

What should I watch for while using this medicine? Tell your doctor or health care professional if your symptoms do not begin to improve or if you get new symptoms. Your doctor will monitor your condition and blood work as needed.
Do not treat diarrhea with over-the-counter products. Contact your doctor if you have diarrhea that lasts more than 2 days or if the diarrhea is severe and watery.
This medicine can interfere with some urine glucose tests. If you use such tests, talk with your health care professional.
If you are being treated for a sexually transmitted disease, avoid sexual contact until you have finished your treatment. Your sexual partner may also need treatment.
What side effects may I notice from receiving this medicine? Side effects that you should report to your doctor or health care professional as soon as possible: •allergic reactions like skin rash, itching or hives, swelling of the face, lips, or tongue •dark urine •difficulty breathing, wheezing •irregular heartbeat •feeling faint •fever •pain or difficulty passing urine •pain, swelling and irritation at the injection site •redness, blistering, peeling or loosening of the skin, including inside the mouth •seizures •unusual bleeding, bruising •unusually weak or tired
Side effects that usually do not require medical attention (report to your doctor or health care professional if they continue or are bothersome): •diarrhea •headache •nausea, vomiting •vaginal itch, irritation

Where should I keep my medicine? Keep out of the reach of children.
